| A curved bridge sweeps across the freeway to a tethered pontoon, linking pedestrians to the Waterside Park, whilst bringing the visitor into close proximity to the River Hudson. Intended primarily as an informal gathering point and waterside cafe, the pontoons could be temporarily be extended to accommodate concerts or other events that might benefit from a riverside backdrop. |
