| Now & Then:Views from around the site (relating to their position on the site) are taken from archive & current photographs, digitally enhanced & printed on a polymer substrate. This would be mounted behind a clear, tough, polycarbonate, protective (& cheap to replace) screen, on a simple lightweight steel frame. Possibilities include dramatic backlighting (or even back projection) by night. By its’ nature such a display may mutate over time- individual panels may be replaced at relatively little cost, or even temporarily substituted with local news or events. |
